Glo and Spark

Our Sunday morning groups for all children up to school year 6

Welcome to Glo & Spark

After around half an hour of worshipping together as a church family, we then separate into our age-focused groups.

Our Glo group explore the Bible through ‘The Rhyme Bible Storybook’ and having fun with song and themed play and our Spark group explore the Bible through ‘The Jesus Storybook Bible’, letting off some steam with a game and then some ‘chat and catch’ with God, using their journals to record these conversations.

We also share ideas with parents of how we, as a church, can partner with them in nurturing in ourselves and our children:

  • a love of God's word,
  • pursuing a life-long relationship with Jesus, and
  • developing a growing sense of how God's Holy Spirit empowers us to love and serve others.

The amazing team of volunteers for both groups have a good mix of age ranges, all having a heart for Children's Ministry. We pray that all we do will help our children to Live the Full Life, developing and nurturing their faith as they Discover it, Live it and Give it away!
